Renovation of a municipal facility in Richland, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 16,000-square-foot municipal facility.

The scope of work is intended to give an overview of the Work and is not inclusive of all the Work necessary to complete the project. Specific information is available during the examination of Site, in the drawings and other documentation available from the Technical Representative or designee. B. The Site location is 76 North Power Plant Loop, Richland, WA 99354, a nuclear power generating facility. The Work shall be performed inside the Protected Area of Columbia. C. Access to the roof shall be through the RCA. D. Contractor shall provide dedicated labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, consumables, and transportation for the replacement of the lower turbine building roof. The roof replacement shall include a fully adhered EPDM system. Contractor shall provide management and administrative support for its own work force. E. Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Lower Turbine Building is 90 feet above grade. 2. Approximately 16,000 square feet of Work. 3. Roof structure consists of a 4" concrete layer on top of metal decking supported by a steel frame. 4. Existing roofing material consists of adhered EPDM liner on top of recover and/or dens deck board with mechanical fasteners, on top of original built-up roofing material.
