S Wright Construction, LLC was awarded Reference Number 0000344069 Interior Modifications to Toilet / Shower Room at Montgomery Fire Department Training Facility Scope of Work: The work involves providing all materials and labor for the Interior Modifications to Toilet-Shower Room at the Montgomery Fire Department Training Facility in accordance with the plans and specifications. Project shall be completed within 90 calendar days. A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the City of Montgomery in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. The bracket of cost is $150,000.00 to $200,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. *The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and waive technicalities. Contract shall not be binding upon either party or considered closed until approved by the Mayor of the City of Montgomery.
