The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Hagerman National Wildlife Refuge (HNWR), 6465 Refuge Road, Sherman, Texas 75092, Grayson County, has a requirement to obtain and install an operational Variable Refrigerant Flow (VFR) heat recovery system to serve the Headquarters and Visitor Center at HNWR. The project will require the removal and replacement of the existing Daikin VRF system in accordance with Statement of Work, drawings, and specifications. This award will be made based on Lowest-Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) as detailed in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.101-2. The LPTA process is simplified best value source selection strategy that permits the best value to the Government resulting from the selection of a technically acceptable proposal with the lowest price.
