Site work for a mixed-use development in Sainte-Gertrude-Manneville, Quebec. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; educational facility; and water / sewer project.

Renovation of Sanitary Facilities at École Primaire de Ste-Gertrude: - Dismantle the existing wastewater treatment system (supply pipe, septic tank (including prior emptying), sand filter), a section of fence and the concrete sidewalk in front of the school; - Decommission the sand filter section under the propane tank; - Replace the supply pipe between the building and the new domestic wastewater treatment system; - Excavate, supply, install and backfill all the equipment making up the wastewater treatment system (primary reactor, electrocoagulation unit, waterproof sand filter, pumping stations, etc.); - Carry out all the work necessary to install the outfall; - Reprofile the ditch to allow adequate flow of effluent; - Carry out earthworks and shaping following the installation of the treatment system; - Carry out the repair of rue Papineau, the shoulder of rue de l'Ecole and private entrances following the installation work; - Build a new concrete slab in front of the main entrance; - Supply and install the system protection elements (fence, bollards); - Supply and install the control panel; - Connect all the equipment; - Carry out electrical work; - Carry out the operation of the system. TIMELINE: Tender call #20240226-1 has been cancelled. Reference number: 1816363. Project will be next updated if/when approved to a new tender.
