Open Date: Feb 22nd 2024, 5:00 PM MST Parks and Recreation department is seeking multiple vendors to provide a variety of goods and products in the operations and maintenance of athletic fields. The contract between the City and the Contractor shall consist of (1) the Solicitation, including instructions, all terms and conditions, specifications, scopes of work, attachments, and any amendments thereto, and (2) the offer submitted by the Vendor in response to the solicitation. In the event of a conflict in language between the Solicitation and the Offer, the provisions and requirements in the Solicitation shall govern. However, the City reserves the right to clarify, in writing, any contractual terms with the concurrence of the Contractor, and such written contract shall govern in case of conflict with the applicable requirements stated in the Solicitation or the Vendor's offer. The Solicitation shall govern in all other matters not affected by the written contract. The City of Peoria, Parks and Recreation department is seeking multiple vendors to provide a variety of goods and products in the operations and maintenance of athletic fields. Please identify any Value Added Options or differentials that you are proposing that would increase quality of service and add value for the City. Firms may recommend other services, products, methods, etc. in this section if they will enhance the overall quality of the contract both with respect to effectiveness and efficiency. For each Value Added Option, include a short description of how it adds value to the contract. For example, if it will increase efficiency or impact the schedule, cost, or the expectation by the City as outlined in this RFP.
