Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Pulaski, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and playground / park / athletic field.

Park Office And Restrooms - General Construction Contract General Construction Contract D006166: Provide all labor, material, and equipment necessary to provide a 2,240 square foot four season Park Office and two 1,550 sf Camping Rest Room buildings. Park office will be at a new location on the entrance road closer to Rt.3. The Camping Rest Room buildings will be in new locations in the center of each camping loop including site utilities (electricity, communications conduit, sewer, propane gas, and water), and connection of building utilities as shown on the Contract Documents. Engineer's Estimate Range: $5,527,895.00 - $7,478,915.00 The following goals for MWBE participation on General Contract D006166 have been established at: Minority Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) 19% Women Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) 11% PROJECT COMPLETION The completion date for this project is 680 Days after agreement has been approved by the NYS Comptroller's Office. Project Milestones for Contract Completion as follows: Anticipated Notice to Proceed: July 3, 2024. INSTALL ASPHALT BINDER COURSE ON ROADWAYS BY NOVEMBER 15, 2024. Anticipated Contract End: May 15, 2026. BONDS The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract. All Requests For Information (RFIs) are due by: 1:00 PM on March 20, 2024. RFIs received after this due date and time will not be processed. Response to Bidder Questions and Requests for Clarification OPRHP will provide a written response to all substantive questions and requests for clarification.
