The San Diego Metropolitan Transit System (MTS) is seeking offers for PORTABLE TOILET SERVICES (to be referred to as "the project") for a contract term of two (2) base years with one (1) 3-year option. The Scope of Work is to be supplied hereunder for the primary use of the MTS. MTS is a California public agency established by California Public Utilities Code, Section 120000. et. seq. MTS and its subsidiaries are subject to the California Tort Claims Act (Cal. Pub. Util. Code 120202).
