Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Water System Improvements, Contract 2 Elevated Water Storage Tank to include the construction of a new 100,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, installation of yard piping, demolition of existing 75,000-gallon elevated water storage tank, and all other necessary appurtenances, The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the following locations: Engineer: Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 by appointment only. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional non-refundable charge of $30.00. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Engineer or online. The ENGINEER shall act as the OWNER'S representative during the construction period, shall decide questions which may arise as to quality and acceptability of materials furnished and WORK performed, and shall interpret the intent of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS in a fair and unbiased manner. The ENGINEER will make visits to the site and determine if the WORK is proceeding in accordance with the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
