The City of Ratcliff (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Water Meter Replacement Project Bids will be received for a material only purchase contract and a separate bid for installation. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Items on the bid include but are not limited to the following: Purchase of: 665 Dielhl Hydrus 2 - 5/8 Meters 26 Dielhl Hydrus - 1 Meters 3 Dielhl Hydrus 2 - 2 Meters Endpoints, Radio Based AMR System and associated software Installation contract for above listed equipment Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Landmark Engineers, 111 North Front Street, Dardanelle, Arkansas 72834 on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Any questions related to the project shall be referred to the Engineer and submitted in writing. QA deadline 03/05/2024 Printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office either via in-person pick-up or via mail, upon Issuing Office s receipt of payment for the Bidding Documents. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is cost of reproduction, shipping, and handling, per set, payable to Southern Reprographics, plus a non-refundable shipping charge. Upon the Issuing Office s receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder s delivery method of choice; the shipping charge will depend on the shipping method chosen. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED that Arkansas State Contractor Licensing Law applies to this project. Subcontractors are also required to be licensed according to Arkansas State Law. Licensure is not required to submit a bid; however, evidence of licensure shall be provided to the Owner prior to signing the contract.
