The qualified consultant/team must have qualifications that exceed minimum professional qualification standards for historic architect/engineer as established by the National Park Service in 36 CFR Part 61 and provide a client reference list for at least three (3) projects on National Register sites in New Jersey within the past ten (10) years. Two (2) additional references must be included for whom similar services have been provided. Respondents may include additional client references for historic site work outside of New Jersey if the applicant deems it necessary. See enclosed reference sheet. Township of Cherry Hill desires to appoint a firm or firms to provide architectural and engineering services for Township-owned historic properties listed on the NJ and National Register of Historic Places if and when needed throughout the year. Awarded vendors will work on interior and exterior preservation projects at the Croft Farm and Barclay Farmstead properties. Work will be limited only to buildings listed on the National Registry of Historic Properties at each site. There is no guarantee of the number of projects to be undertaken in 2024 or the order in which they are to be completed. One (1) or more firms may be awarded for a pool of Historic Property Architects/Engineers for a one (1) year period. The Township, at its sole discretion, shall choose an Architect/Engineer from the final determined pool of Consultants based on the Township's opinion of the discipline needed. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
