Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Cypress, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of April 11, 2024, the project was awarded to ICI Construction, Inc. in the amount of $91,338,929.00.** This project consists of Auditorium, CTE, Fine Arts and Athletics additions. Site works includes a new practice field, new back of house service yard, parking lot and delivery area. Interior renovation includes but not limited to adding a fire sprinkler system, replacing all lighting and controls, new ceilings, new educational casework, laboratory casework and fire alarm replacement. Project Schedule: Work may begin June 1, 2024. Phase 1 - December 31, 2025 - Auditorium addition and renovation, Orchestra addition, CTE addition, Athletic addition, Fire Alarm System in additions and existing campus, and Fire Sprinkler in additions and existing campus. Phase 2 - July 31, 2026 - All scope of work excluding scope outlined in Phase 1 and 3. Phase 3 - March 1, 2027 - Athletic practice field and Athletic field irrigation.
