Renovation of a mixed-use development in Shoreview, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.

For the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction, complete and in place in accordance with the plans and specifications for the following estimate quantities of work: o Solid plastic lockers manufactured by Scranton (Tufftec) in Sandcastle colored finish o 230 Frames total, consisting of single-tier and double-tier lockers to match the existing layout o Sloped tops, fillers, finished ends and base where needed o Lockers to include quarter coin-operated locks o Removal and disposal of existing lockers The bids must be submitted on the proposal forms provided in accordance with contract documents and plans and specifications as prepared by the City of Shoreview Parks and Recreations Department which are on file with the City Manager of Shoreview and may be seen at the Community Center, Park and Recreation Department. The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the advertisement for bids of the City of Shoreview shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Digital or paper copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the City of Shoreview Parks and Recreation Department. No bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Manager of Shoreview and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check, payable to the City of Shoreview, for five percent (5%) of the amount bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event the bid is accepted and the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required bond. All bidders for contract amounts of $100,000 or more shall require contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors which have 40 or more full-time employees to submit a copy of their affirmative action certification for the current period after their bid, before construction. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to accept the bid deemed in their best interest. The pool locker room locker replacement consists of replacing the existing lockers in the mens, womens, and family pool locker rooms. The project includes the removal and disposal of the existing lockers, and installing new lockers in the same layout as our current locker system.
