Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Stayner, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a two-story above grade, 400-seat educational facility.

Construction of an elementary school in Stayner for 403 pupil places. The project contemplates use of the former Byng PS site south of Highway 26. TIMELINE: The owner submitted the project to the Provincial Ministry of Education for funding approval in 2023 but was not successful. The funding application has been resubmittted. The owner is seeking Ministry of the Environment approval for demolition of the Byng PS, a 1922 school. Detailed design is underway; the scope of work is being finalized. Documents have been submitted to Clearview Township and are under review. Working drawings are expected fall 2025. Tender and construction timing will be determined early 2026 pending approvals.
