No bid may be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. This work shall be removed from the scope of this project you are bidding. To complete the work, the remediation contractor shall remove the suspended ceiling, lights, and devices, in classroom 17 as well as all wall mounted items and devices in both classrooms 16 and 17. These items will be set aside for reinstallation as part of the scope of this project you are bidding and as previously indicated in the bidding documents. All remaining demolition items shall be handled as currently indicated in the bidding documents.
