The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is soliciting sealed bids for Wilson Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant Truck Washout that includes modification of an existing wetwell and valve vault, structural concrete walls, roads and walkways, non-potable washdown water piping and fixtures, and new drain piping and valves connecting the existing wetwell to a nearby manhole. If the apparent low bidder submitted their bid electronically together with a scanned .pdf (or other electronic format) copy of the original hard copy of the Bid Bond, certified check, or Cashier's Check, the apparent low bidder shall provide the original hard copy thereof to NTMWD's Procurement Department within no more than 24 hours after request of the Procurement Department. Failure to timely submit the original hard copy of the Bid Bond, certified check, or Cashier's Check within such 24-hour period shall be cause for rejection of the bid. The North Texas Municipal Water District reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from date on which bids are opened.
