Reference Number 0000265317 Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a qualified Contractor to provide testing, inspection, and maintenance services for portable fire extinguishers, fire suppression systems, and emergency lighting installed in various properties in Winnipeg, Morris and other rural Manitoba locations in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. The successful Contractor will be required to: o Provide complete services for inspecting, testing, maintaining and repairing portable fire extinguishers and kitchen fire suppression systems located in both casinos and all corporate offices and distribution centres. o Provide complete services for inspecting, testing, maintaining, and repairing portable fire extinguishers and emergency lights at various Manitoba Liquor Marts. o Identify all deficiencies discovered as a result of the testing. Summarize these items in a report along with the problem, action taken or required to be taken and recommendations to remedy the condition. Provide an estimate of the cost where items cannot be easily remedied as part of the inspection process. o Undertake repairs or modifications only by approval of MBLL. Approval is defined as an MBLL issued work order. o Maintain records of equipment and testing and submit certificates and reports. o Maintain a list of system components and results of testing. o Recharge fire extinguishers as requested by MBLL. Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years with an additional one (1) year option available at MBLL's sole discretion. MBLL reserves the right to amend or cancel this competition at any time and is under no obligation to accept or act upon the lowest or any submission.
