McMahon Wintonbury Library Roof Retrofit - You are invited to bid on a roofing retrofit at the P. Faith McMahon Wintonbury Library, located at 1015 Blue Hills Avenue, Bloomfield, CT 06002. The general scope of work for the project includes the removal of the existing solar array, installation of a new roofing membrane over the existing, retrofit of all lower roof scupper drains to aluminum downspouts, the installation of vertical fixed service ladders to span the East and West parapet walls, reinstallation of the solar array, documentation of a new 20-year warranty per manufacturers specifications, all per the supplemental contract provisions and specifications attached.
