Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Project Description: Work of this Contract consists of but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Demolition of a portion of the existing baseball and multi-use field, 2. Installation of new synthetic turf baseball stadium with lighting, 3. Installation of restroom/concessions building, 4. Renovations and improvements to existing multi-use field, 5. Perimeter paving, parking lot, site fencing, site furnishing improvements, 6. Site drainage, irrigation, and utility upgrades. Bid Alternate work of this Contract shall include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following: Bid Alternate 1 : Home Plate Area, Pitcher's Mound, and Bullpens to be constructed of infield fines and/or clay, in lieu of synthetic turf. DURATION PERIOD: 365 Calendar Days, NOTICE TO PROCEED: 4/8/2024, CONTRACT COMPLETION: 4/7/2025. Note: Project is subject to the Project Labor Agreement and Skilled and Trained workforce that requires ALL contractors to be union or sign a one job union agreement and be subject to all union regulations, including union dues and fees. 100% Performance and 100% Payment Bonds may be required by utilized subcontractors.
