Description Estimate $96,932.00 Scope of Work Work consists of exterior painting of all previously painted surfaces at 5 buildings ( 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5) and all surfaces that are part, or are attached to the buildings including but not limited to siding, doors, fascia, trim, soffits, cement, CMU, steel supports, stairs, landings, metal and wood railings, etc. The office building is excluded from this contract. Contractors must attend the Pre-Bid Conference. Failure to attend the Conference will not relieve the Contractor of any responsibility for information provided at that time. Bidders must have a current certificate of registration as a contractor for the last three years under the same name and must have taken the required L&I training.
