Storefront Replacements at Various Charter Schools The City Commission of the City of Pembroke Pines reserves the right to reject any and all proposals; to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, and to reject all or any part of any proposal as they may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Pembroke Pines. Contractor to remove existing storefront systems and dispose of at the City's discretion. o Contractor shall be responsible to remove all debris from the site daily. o Contractor is responsible for removal of metal framing wall at Academic Village and Central Campus main entries. o The contractor must be careful to maintain security alarms, and other existing conditions for all parts of items to remain. Contractor shall take proper care to protect and close off work area as required for normal facility operation. o Doors WE1, WE2, WE3, AV2, and AV3 are to include Allegion LCN 4040XP closers, Von Duprin 98/99 Series concealed vertical rods with push bar, hinges, power supply, Von Duprin EPT10 power transfer, Schlage AD Series card reader, and keyway cylinder Schlage Everest T for all doors. Any wiring needed for these items is to be included. o Doors WE1, WE2, and WE3 require remote openers compatible with hardware being installed. o Doors AV1, AV4 and C1 will not require card reader, push bars, EPT10 power transfer, power supply, and closer hardware. o Contractor shall provide key cylinders a minimum of 2 weeks in advance for owner to rekey prior to Contractor's installation. o Frame color to match existing. o All doors removed shall have the new assemblies installed before end of work day to ensure that building can be locked up. o Any repairs required around the doors due to replacement of such, shall be done by the contractor to include but not limited to, removal and reinstall drywall, stucco, paint, polyurethane sealant, interior and exterior floors, etc. o Contractor is responsible for acquiring permit and calling in all necessary inspection Central Campus 12350 Sheridan St,Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 Academic Village 17189 Sheridan St,Pembroke Pines, FL33331 West Elementary 18501 Pembroke Rd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33029
