Renovation of an educational facility in Cookeville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
**As of April 15, 2024, This project has been awarded to Lee Company, with the awarded amount of $527,926.65.** The Work consists of the installation of an Air Conditioning System as generally shown on the drawings and described herein complete with all equipment, controls, venting, valves, hangers, insulation, piping, connections, fittings, electrical circuits, etc. as needed and typically required for code compliance and such work. REPLACE THE EXISTING CHILLER #2 AT THE COOKEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL WITH NEW CENTRIFUGAL CHILLER RESULTING IN SIMILAR CAPACITY. REWORK THE CHILLED WATER LOOP PIPING TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEW CHILLER. REWORK ELECTRICAL CIRCUITS AS REQUIRED. ADD NEW OVERHEAD DOOR TO CHILLER ROOM. ADD ALTERNATE #1: PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS PER SPECIFICATION SECTIONS. ADD ALTERNATE #2: MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT.
