Renovation of a parking garage in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
As of April 15, 2024, all bids have been rejected. The scope to this project will include joint expansion replacement, patching along expansion joint, crack repair and waterproofing, partial depth patching at spalling concrete, all levels, cleaning and coating concrete surface and repairing or replacing the handrails. The IAA Supplier Diversity Participation goals are: cumulative 10% MBE/WBE/VBE. The pre-SOQ submittal meeting will be held at the Auditorium of the Planning & Development Office located at 3747 S. High School Road, Indianapolis, IN 46241. The IAA is interested in maximizing the participation of disadvantaged, minority, women, and veteran-owned businessesin all projects. To those ends, the IAA has set the following goals for this Project (s): 15% MBE, 10% WBE, and 3% VBE for an overall total of 28%. Should the selected respondent fail to meet the stated goal(s), they will be required to prepare and submit to the IAA their Good Faith Effort (GFE).
