Rock Climbing Wall. Questions shall be submitted individually through Online by 2:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), on March 5, 2024. Questions submitted after the deadline may not be considered. All responses must be uploaded completely through the online bidding system no later than the 2:00:00 p.m. MT due date indicated in the document. If your submission has not completely uploaded by the 2:00:00 p.m. MT deadline, the Public Purchase system will lock and your response will be incomplete and deemed non-responsive and eliminated from the evaluation process. It is the bidder/proposer's responsibility to monitor Public Purchase for answers to questions, addenda, award information or other additional information related to the solicitation. 1. A Modular rock climbing wall of the dimensions 20' high x 24' wide 2. has 5 auto-belay stations a. Automatic TruBlue Belay - 41 foot descent capacity, fall safe design with self regulating, non-wearing magnetic braking mechanism, self-adjusting for user weight, with webbing suspension, equipped with internal automatic backup braking and wall mounting bracket and hardware. 3. have an internal steel support structure 4. include design, engineering, fabrication, and installation by the seller 5. Modular panels need to a. replicate the look and feel of natural rock b. be seamless and lightweight c. be made of a fiberglass and a composite polymer surface d. be molded and cast from real rock e. have color infused through the full thickness of the material f. not be manufactured using plywood, coated plywood, OSB, particle board, a cement based product, a product that is sculpted or hand carved, or uses GFRC g. have modular hold anchors with threaded sleeves/t-nuts - 3/8"-16 zinc plated or stainless steel sleeves, approximately 1 hold per square foot 6. have a modular climbing hold package a. removable climbing holds with internal threading, 10 placements per 4'x8' panel 7. be fire rated at ASTM E-84 Class C 8. Wind rated - 210 mph 9. Have a surface weight of 2.2 lbs per sq. ft. 10. be installed by a manufacturer with at least 5 years' experience in the manufacture and assembly of artificial climbing walls, and be a Wyoming licensed structural engineer, and have welding certification for AWSD1.1/D1.1M Structural Welding Code - Steel. 11. Contractor shall provide 2-year warranty for all work including excessive surface cracking and wearing of the exterior finish. Excessive cracking is defined as cracking to the finish of the climbing wall other than non structural surface or expansion cracking that imposes the risk of delaminating or pieces of the climbing wall breaking off. Excessive wearing is defined as the wearing of the wall texture surface to the point where fibers, lath, or other internal components of the wall system become exposed. Contractor shall be responsible for the complete repair of any deficient workmanship and/or materials, including the resurfacing of exterior finish for a period of 2 years from project acceptance. 12. Any repairs to the climbing walls that are required due to a deficiency of workmanship or materials shall be repaired at the sole cost to the manufacturer, Such repairs will be made within a period of 180 days from such time that the deficiency has been reported to the contractor
