The City of Williamstown reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive formality in bidding. Trimming shall be done biweekly during the regular growing season between April 2024 and November 2024, weather depending and subject to change, at the Williamstown Cemetery, Williamstown, Kentucky. Additional trimmings may be requested throughout the mowing season on an as-needed basis and at the City of Williamstown's discretion. o Trimming shall be performed around all headstones, buildings, and bank that runs parallel to Falmouth Street. o Submitted bid amount listed on the Williamstown Cemetery Trimming Bid Page shall be listed as a per-occurrence bid amount. o Contractor shall, prior to the commencement of said work, furnish the City of Williamstown certificate of Workman's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage insurance in the amount of: Public Liability Limits $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00 and Property Damage Limits $1,000,000.00 conditional to indemnify and save harmless the City from all claims, suits, and actions. The insurance certificate shall show effective dates and date of expiration of policies.
