FRED Point of Contact Matt Rooney 540-907-0140 Project Work Location: Fredericksburg Regional Transit Maintenance Facility 11716 Main St. Fredericksburg, VA 22408 Project Description The selected contractor will be required to perform a full replacement of Fredericksburg Regional Transit's existing Shop Sink at the Fredericksburg Regional Transit Maintenance Facility at 11716 Main St. A site visit is encouraged to schedule please contact Matt Rooney 540-907-0140. All labor, materials, and management/oversight will be included as part of the vendor's quote. The requirements to complete this scope of services includes, but is not limited to: 1.) Supply and replace Shop Sink. Of a like and kind to a Bradley WF2703 sink. 2.) Modification to existing drain line(s). 3.) Vendor must be able to be complaint with Davis Bacon Act requirements. 4.) One Year Warranty is required Eligibility Requirements o Valid business permit from City or County government o Certificate of Insurance in compliance with City of Fredericksburg Specifications o Compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations. Federal requirements are issued as a part of the agreement with the Purchase Order. o DBE Forms (if applicable)
