The City of Victorville is seeking a qualified welding and construction inspector who holds an American Society for Nondestructive Testing certification under Recommended Practice SNT-TC-1A Level ll or lll, or ACCP Level ll or lll, or equivalent to provide welding and construction inspection of the Kern River Interconnect Project. This project will last approximately 10 weeks. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to award a contract to the Consultant who best meets its requirements. Any proposal received prior to the date and time specified for the receipt of proposals maybe withdrawn or modified by written request questions. The City of Victorville further reserves the right to award the contract to other than the lowest Consultant if such action is deemed to be in the best interest of the City. The awarded Consultant and sub-consultant shall obtain a City of Victorville business license prior to commencing work for the City.
