Fontenelle Park Pavilion Re-Roofing As evidence of good faith and guarantee that contract will be entered into should award be made thereon, a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid must accompany bid. The bid bond or certified check shall be made payable to the "City of Omaha". Failure to do so will be cause for rejection. City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in whole or in part, and the bidders shall have the right to appeal any decision to the City Council. Question Deadline: 3/8/2024 02:00 PM (CT) Contractor shall furnish a performance bond, a payment bond, and a warranty bond, each in an amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract price, as security for the faithful performance bond, payment bond, and warranty bond of all of Contractor's obligations under the Contract, Fire, Workmen's Compensation, Public Liability and Property Damage insurance, all as required in the aforesaid specifications and addenda, and remain in effect until two years after the date of Final Completion unless otherwise noted. The contract completion date for this project shall be 1st of OCTOBER, 2024. All work associated with the project shall be completed on or before this date. This application consists of the re-roofing of an exisiting pavilion and associated work including replacement of exterior building materials at walls and soffits.
