Project Title: Airfield Striping IDIQ Project Location: Grissom Air Reserve Base GRISSOM ARB AIRFIELD RUBBER REMOVAL AND AIRFIELD STRIPING Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. This is a Rubber Removal and Striping Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This solicitation will only result in a single award. Delivery or performance time for specific projects will be specified in each individual task order. Future requirements are unknown. All quantities are estimates only. Contractor is to furnish all parts, labor, material, supplies, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to perform Airfield Striping and Rubber Removal per the specifications and drawings. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The Range of Magnitude for the base period plus the four option periods and the six month extension option period is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 Offerors are required to submit letters from bonding companies stating the offerors bonding capacity. Performance and payment bonds shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer within 14 days of award for each individual task order that exceeds $150,000. A payment bond and an irrevocable letter of credit shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer within 14 days of award for each individual task order that is great than $35,000, but not greater than $150,000. There will only be one site visit for this project and it is scheduled for March 28, 2024 at 10:00am.
