The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and other expenses required to design a monument commemorating the old hospital building and its history. The location for the work to be performed is marked in Appendix 1 at the old Fort Yuma Hospital campus. This is a combine synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
