SCOPE OF CONTRACT: The City is seeking proposals from qualified General Contractors to propose on the Job Order Contract (JOC) as allowed under RCW 39.10.420. The JOC contractor is responsible for providing general construction services, construction management, subcontracting, and delivering individual small projects that are assigned through Work Orders. Anticipated types of work include but not limited to, maintenance, renovation, repair and construction to both facilities and civil infrastructure, water, sewer and storm water systems, roadways, parks and landscaping, natural habitat restoration, structural, roofing and electrical utility improvements. Work Orders are typically located within the City of Seattle but may occur at City owned facilities and properties located in greater King, Whatcom, Skagit and Pend Oreille counties.
