Reference Number 0000344335 The CITY OF ONEONTA is seeking administrative services for the Oneonta Theatre NY Main Street Program. The City of Oneonta obtained a NY Main Street Stabilization Grant that will be used to design and completely replace the flat roof on all three parts of the building and to rebuild the roof drainage system. The entire roof must be removed to the sheathing, rotted wood replaced, and structural repairs to the truss system. New ISO insulation will be installed to increase energy efficiency and to create the proper slope to the roof drain system. A new EPDM or TPO membrane roof will be installed to ensure that no further water damage occurs. The scope of work for the administrative services will include administering the NY Main Street grant on behalf of the City of Oneonta to meet all grant requirements, including construction administration services, disbursement requests, MWBE requirements, and all other grant program requirements.
