The contracts for this work will be issued by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County and assigned to Albert M. Higley Company prior to the start of construction. -David R. Lawrence Convention Center, Second and Third Floor North Terrace Replacement with the removal and reinstallation of existing railings.
