(See Attachment A) We are only looking to have the concrete delivered, Comal County labor will be used to lay down the concrete. The project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Question Deadline 03/08/2024 at 12:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online Yes . Any prospective bidder desiring any explanation or interpretation of the solicitation must make a written request no later than time ,The request must be emailed to purchasing@co.comal.tx.us. *Comal County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as it deems in its best interest and to waive any formalities.
