Removal and disposal/recyciing of existing plastic and metal railing assemblies at 78 balcony locations at the following units: 703, 704, 705, 706, 707, 708, 709, 711,712, 714, 715,605, 606, 607, 608, 609, 610, 611,612, 613, 614, 615, 501, 503, 504, 505, 506, 507, 508, 509, 510, 511, 512, 513, 514, 515, 516, 401,402, 405,406, 407, 408, 409, 410, 411,412, 413, 414, 415, 416, 301, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 314, 315, 201, 202, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209, 210,211,212,213,214,216 2, New painted color galvanized steel railings, including brackets, fasteners and accessories required for a complete railing system 3. Repair to masonry and concrete at existing fastener locations. 4. Repair existing damaged masonry units and mortar. A 24 page existing conditions photo summary is included at the end of this section which indicates specific units that have damage beyond repair of fastener location (as mentioned in paragraph 4 above) and the extent(s) of that damage repair. See section 11.5 of this document for acceptable repair techniques.
