Demolition, site work and addition to a mixed-use development in Falls Church, Virginia. Completed plans call for the addition of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; for the demolition of a educational facility; and sidewalk / parking lot.

An addition is being constructed at Justice HS to accommodate increasing enrollment. The building has been experiencing a capacity deficit since SY 2016-17 and in SY 2023-24 has a substantial capacity deficit of 119 percent. The completed project will provide approximately 47,000 additional SF. The project was funded by the 2017 and 2019 bonds. The completed project will include: new science room, site improvements, parking. Project is included Fairfax County Public Schools Fiscal Year 2025 - 2029. As of November 12, 2024, project is under construction. Architect and general contractor have been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
