Site work and renovation of an educational facility in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Greater Saskatoon Catholic Schools, as represented by Corporate Services, in partnership with Edwards Edwards McEwen Architects, is sealed tenders for the construction of four (4) Modular Classroom Units and associated Corridors for Bethlehem Catholic High School. Tenders must be accompanied by a Bid Bond issued by a recognized bonding company in the amount of ten percent (10%)of the tender price. The successful tender will be required to furnish a Performance Bond as well as a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the contract amount as soon as the contract is signed. A Letter of Surety guaranteeing compliance must be included in the tender. Bid Documents may be obtained by Contractors from the offices of: Edwards Edwards McEwens Architects 202 Avenue B North, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7L 1E2 on deposit of $100.00, which will be refunded when plans and specifications are returned in good order within one week after date of closing of tenders.
