The District of Columbia Office of Contracting and Procurement, on behalf of the Department of Housing Community Development, ("DHCD" or "District") is seeking a general construction contractor qualified who holds a Basic Ordering Agreement to perform construction, repairs, and replacement services, to the single-family home(s) under DHCD housing assistance programs. The term of the Task Order shall be for a period of one (1) year from the date of award unless otherwise specified. The Contractor shall be required to provide payment and performance bonds, each having a penal value equal to 100% of the Task Order amount prior to performing any work on the task order agreement. The District reserves the right to accept/reject any/all bids resulting from this solicitation. The CO may reject all bids or waive any minor informality or irregularity in bids received whenever it is determined that such action is in the best interest of the District.
