The sectors where the work will have to be carried out are the Gatineau sectors and the Pontiac sector. FINANCIAL LIMIT OF THE CONTRACT AND DURATION The financial limit (cumulative orders) is $200,000.00 for the duration of the contract The duration of the contract is 36 months from the date of award. The contract ends when the financial limit is reached or the duration of the contract is reached. MAXIMUM VALUE OF ORDERS (OR MANDATES) The School Board reserves the right to limit each order to an amount of $20,000.00 NON-EXCLUSIVITY The school board reserves the right to proceed by invitation to tender for orders exceeding $20,000 or to proceed by public call for tenders for orders exceeding $100,000.
