The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to: the removal of crushed stone inside the vehicle maintenance bay floor pits, removal of all mechanical devices, and capping any penetrations to the pits. The pits shall then be filled with concrete material to grade with a smooth finish, treated with a non-skid surface coating to match existing. The contract duration is 30 days after notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, with a size standard of $45,000,000.00. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. The floor pits have been covered however this presents a tripping/falling hazard. Prior to the pits being covered they were filled in with crushed stone. 2. Scope Contractor shall furnish all tools, parts, material, labor, supplies, equipment and incidentals required to properly perform work outlined below. All work shall be performed in a safe manner and shall be accomplished in accordance with all local, state, federal, and safety regulations to include any hazardous waste disposal if necessary
