South Cedar Tree Removal and Easement Clearing Prospective Bidders May Pick All Requests for Additional Information From Prospective Bidders Shall Be Submitted to the City of Sallisaw, via the Provided E-mail in the Bid Document, No Later Than Ten (10) Calendar Days Prior to the Date and Time Set for Bid Opening. If Required, the Bidder May Be Asked to Submit Certain Information Regarding His Qualifications and Planned Work Schedule. Issuance of This Bid Request in No Way Constitutes a Commitment by the City to Award a Contract or to Pay Any Costs Incurred in Preparation of a Response to This Request. This Bid Request Does Not Represent a Commitment by the City to Do Business With Any Vendor or the Vendor Who Submits the Best Bid. The City Will Select the Bid, or Combination of Bids That, in Its Opinion, is in the Best Interest of the City. The City Reserves the Right to Cancel This Bid, Reject All Bids, and Seek New Bids Through a New Bid Request or Other Means.
