Estimate: $750,000 The City of Rosebud reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the Bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating Bid prices, to reject any or all offers, and/or waive formalities. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days from date on which Bids are opened. Provisions for liquidated damages, if any, are set forth in the Agreement.
