Provide Labor and Materials: Circuit A 1) Remove and install a new Outer Condenser Coil 2) Charge with 134 A Refrigerant 3) Test to check for leaks Circuit B 4) Check/repair leaks 5) Charge with 134 A Refrigerant 6) Test to ensure safe and efficient operations 7) Contractor to secure necessary permits. 8) Contractor to field verify dimensions and specifics of all projects listed above before placing a bid. 9) Not responsible for contractor errors as a result of non-field verification. 10) Materials and installation must comply with CPS Standards and Specifications as listed on a) SECTION 23 05 93 Testing, adjusting, and balancing for HVAC b) SECTION 23 64 23 Air Cooled scroll water chillers c) SECTION 23 64 26 Air Cooled- Rotary screw chillers d) SECTION 23 52 16 Condensing Boilers 11) Secure job site overnight if work is not completed in one day. 12) If building or CPS properties are damaged during construction, contractor to replace and/or repair as necessary. 13) Provide necessary labor and materials to fix/correct issues preventing any or all of the projects to be marked as completed. 14) All work shall be coordinated with the Board authorized representatives to complete in an agreed upon time frame. 15) Contractor is to remove and dispose of materials torn out and any construction debris. 16) All trash must be removed off-site by the contractor. 17) Clean the surrounding area and make sure all is swept of debris. 18) All questions/requests must be received two (2) business days prior to bid closing.
