As of April 25, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Replace the stone entry stairs with concrete stairs, replace the asphalt shingle roof with a metal standing seam roof, repair the terra cotta clock tower, and complete miscellaneous repairs Butler County Courthouse Facade and Roof Repairs - Phase III-A Each bidder shall submit with bid, a bid bond in satisfactory form in favor of the County in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the bid or a certified or cashier check on a solvent bank in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid. A performance bond may be required for the project. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities, to reject any and all bids
