Reference Number 0000344373 Job Location: City of Fenton, multiple locations Project consists of approximately 6,000 tons of HMA road rehabilitation, 1,000 square yards of concrete sidewalk removal and replacement, 3,500 feet of curb and gutter, 2,100 feet of sanitary sewer replacement and miscellaneous sanitary sewer repairs and drainage improvements throughout the project area. A pre-bid conference will be held for this project. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing no later than 03/15/2024 09:00 AM EDT No bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. Bids shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes plainly marked with the project name and the name of the bidder. The Owner reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
