Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rockglen, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This Request for Contractor Qualifications ("RFCQ") is an invitation by Wyatt Engineering Ltd. on behalf of the Town of Rockglen ("the Town") to prospective respondents to qualify in accordance with Evaluation of Responses (Part 2) for eligibility to provide the Town of Rockglen Business District: Water and Sewer Improvements: Phase 2 - Surfacing. The Town of Rockglen is located approximately 162 km south of Moose Jaw, approximately 20 km north of the Canada-United States border. The Rockglen Business District is central to the Town, located in SW 02-03-30 W2M, and is comprised of sixty-three (63) businesses and residential properties. The successful proponent will be responsible for completing upgrades to the surface infrastructure which services the Rockglen Business District, including full road structure replacement, sidewalk replacement, and road rehabilitation/recap, where water distribution and sewer collection infrastructure was replaced in 2023. This project, "Rockglen Business District Water and Sewer", is receiving third-party funding from the Prairies Economic Development division of the Government of Canada for Project 1 and from Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program for Project 2.
