Bids are invited for several unit price items of work, including 1,100 LF of 6" sewer line, 1,287 LF of 4" service line re-route, 3 new manholes, 1 replacement manhole, and 1 main line cleanout. The City of Fairfield has received an allocation of Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (CLFRF) funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) and is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit responses for a construction contract with a System for Award Management (SAM.gov) registered vendor. The RFP solicitation is to assist the City of Fairfield in providing construction services for projects funded with its allocation of ARPA funds. This project is being supported, in whole, by federal award number ARPA #2203 allocated to the City of Fairfield under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) by the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
