The Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division (the State), is seeking to establish multiple Design Professional Service Contracts for statewide On-Call Electrical Engineering Design and Construction Administration Services. The State is requesting that qualified electrical engineering firms submit their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide design and construction administration services including preliminary budget estimates, programming, site planning, schematic design, design development, contract documents and contract administration/management. The State proposes to retain up to ten (10) highly qualified, capable firms to act as the Electrical Engineer during the planning of a project for a firm fixed price. The firm(s) who participate(s) in this Request For Qualifications (RFQu) process are referred to as "Offerors" or "Engineers" throughout the solicitation documents. The State will give prime consideration to the Electrical Engineer with significant, current experience in the development, design, renovation and construction of similar projects The State reserves the right to negotiate with one or more parties and is not obligated to enter into any contract with any respondent on any terms or conditions. Designs resulting from this solicitation may be used in future projects of similar scope.
