The City of Dadeville, Alabama is requesting separate sealed bids from qualified genera contractors for Demolition and Clearance Activities involving the Citys Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)Project East Alabama Regional Planning and Development Commission (EARPDC) is the grant administrator for this project. The project consists of the demolition and clearance of 15 (fifteen)residential properties declared public nuisances and located within the corporate limits of the City of Dadeville, Alabama. Registration in SAM (System for Award Management) is required to participate in ADECA projects (including CDBG projects) and other federal funding programs. All bids must be submitted on bid forms as provided. In order to Bid on the project, the Bidder shall possess a current General Contractors license for work in the State of Alabama. Each bidder must deposit, with its bid, security in the amount of, form of and subject to the conditions provided in the Information forbidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section3, Segregated Facility, Section109 and E.O. 11246.
