Renovation of a municipal facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Reference Number 0000344332 Replace the existing fire alarm building system at the Mac Donnelly Complex, 16001 Airport Rd, Lansing, MI 48906. Current panel is not communicating with company and needs to be hooked up to cellular service. Additional detection devices not needed at this time. General Scope of work: Replace the existing control panel (Cell dialer) with new system, (Cellular Service as analog service is no longer available). Price should include Parts and labor to complete (normal business hours) Cost for monitoring should include cellular coverage, phone lines. The City reserves the right to accept any quote, to reject any or all quotes and to make the award in the best interest of the City.
