Bidders must comply with all bidding requirements and conditions set forth in the bid specifications. All biddersand bidder's subcontractors shall be licensed in compliance with SB409 (WestVirginia Contractor's LicensingAct), and shall include their license number on the Bid Form. All bidders shall present proof of insurance. The Wayne County Board of Education reserves the right to defer, delay, or postpone the date for receiving and reviewing proposals forthe project without the necessity of renewing such advertisement.
